Skoda Superb

More power for no increase in cost sounds like a good proposition to us and it's just what Skoda has done with its Superb.

Unfortunately, the Superb does not receive a nitrous-oxide-equipped V12 that we'd been hoping for, but a new 1.9-litre turbodiesel that ups power from 105bhp to 115bhp.

With a small increase in torque and performance, the new Superb 1.9 TDI PD 115 models are also fractionally quicker and more frugal.

Prices start at £14,850 for the Classic, rising to £18,950 for the Elegance.
