when I choose an episode and hit "go" all I get is a screen reload.... what am I missing???

This is the best show on earth!!!!!! big time go Captain slow,Hamster and Clarkson But not the best episode and why dont they bring the series not just the challanges on DVD or even the old ones on VHS.
