Have to agree with the consumption comments. Most of my driving is done round my local hilly town. It rans out of battery piwer fairly quickly & then gets only 32 to 41 mpgdepending on traffic. It's gone away. My other car, a Rover 214i, is much better, getting 48mpg average most of the time. Tax, yes. More fun. Don't look like a dork, anymore. Not bothered by residual values. Overall, much cheaper to run. Electric vehicles are NOT the answer, either. There is not enough electricity in the world to run all the vehicles. Something will come along. There are 80/90/100 mpg cars out there. Zero tax. Do me till I die. Fuel will run out long after I'm turned to dust.
