Video: Lotus skims an MX-5 at 250km/h
If you watch this your face will go weird. And you'll probably make an involuntary noise. This is quite insane...
This is some in-car footage from Team Chapman Racing's number 66 Mazda MX-5 competing in Class E of our Island Magic Enduro 2011 race.
While it's chasing down a Porsche Boxster, Barton Mawer - driving a stupid-fast Lotus Exige - pursues Alan Simonsen in a Lambo for the Class A and overall lead. At 250km/h.
As Ayrton Senna never said, if you no longer go for a gap that doesn't exist, you are no longer a racing driver.
