Shaken up
We thought there was no car so awful that it couldn’t be rescued by a coup0le of racing stripes. We were wrong.
This is the Geiger Hummer H3, and it’s bad. Geiger – the German firm that seems to specialise in tuning things that really don’t need tuning – has fitted a supercharger to the H3’s 5.3-litre V8, boosting power from a pitiful 223kW to a slightly less pitiful 315kW.
That’s good for a 0-100km/h time of around seven seconds and a frankly frightening top speed of 238km/h, which at least raises the possibility that you’ll be able to drive off quick enough that no one will know it was you behind the wheel.
