Lambo wins race. While on fire
Jason White will remember his win at the Targa High Country 2011 event for quite some time, we reckon. And not for the fact that he decimated a highly talented field with some incredible times up on the road up to Mt Buller, in Victoria.
No, he'll remember the event because he crossed the line with his arse on fire. Literally.
"I could actually feel the heat of the fire," the affable Tasmanian said afterwards. "I said to my co-driver 'should we stop and put it out?' and he said 'nah - we'll find more people at the finish with exinguishers.' So we kept going..."
Four seconds behind Tony Quinn in a Nissan GT-R, the Whites, despite bbq'ing the back of their brand new Gallardo, pulled up outside the Mt Buller bushfire station ten seconds of the Scottish pet food king.

how could that be possible to win a race while your prized proseion is burning at the back where the eul tank is? thats just EPIC!
