Lexus goes rallying

Top of any comprehensive list of Things That Shouldn't be Furry is surely the motor car.
 
Unless, of course, you're sponsoring the US Open and decide to wrap an entire Lexus in tennis ball felt.
 
This Lexus IS350 was spotted by American bloggers KickingTires on their way to watch a spot of tennis.
 
We'd like to see how it gets on in a car wash. After all, you wouldn't want to clean it yourself - taking a wet sponge to this thing would be as unpleasant as dragging your fingernails over a blackboard.
 
And it got us thinking about what other sport-related coverings we'd like to see. A cricket ball, perhaps? With one side shiny, the other covered in dirt and a big fat seam down the middle like a leathery racing stripe?
