One for the engine geeks: watch a V8 get milled
Everybody loves a V8. Especially a big, hulking behemoth of a V8, such as theGM ‘427' FE in this here video.
The 7.0-litre engine is machined from a single block of aluminium, and Kirkham Motorsports University has kindly decided to condense the process and stick in the Internet for all the world to see.

Whoa, start with 170kg of material, finish with less than 30kg. Fascinating, if astonishingly wasteful.
