Qatari native Nasser Saleh Al Attiyah may have won the 9500km Dakar Rally last month, but now his countrymen have the (admittedly slim) chance to buy a road-legal version of his VW Race Touareg 3.
And when we say a version of it, we actually mean it. About the only thing separating the race car and the road car is the leather-and-carbon cabin treatment; everything else, including the potent five-cylinder turbo motor, the twin spare wheels, mid-mounted - and Australia-made! - radiators and roll cage, is per the real deal.
VW says it's just a concept at the moment, but seeing as how the natural gas-rich nation of Qatar has the second highest per-capita income figures in the world, its arm could probably be twisted to make a couple.

The size of the roof scoop it looks like it could suck up a semi truck.
