Will.i.am takes on TG
It's still on a boat en route to Australia, but the latest episode of TopGear has gone to air in the UK. It was a classic feast of supercar exotica. But sandwiched in between was the very first Star In A Reasonably Priced Car of series 18, Mr will-dot-i-dot-am-dot.
Jeremy called him an inspiration, and quite possibly the busiest human being on our dear planet. Alongside selling over 40 million records, he's even designed his own car, for goodness sake.
We caught up with him while he practiced his lap times in our automatic cee-apostrophe-dee. Suffice to say, records aren't the only thing he's adept at spinning...
Once he stopped testing the capability of our cee'd off-road and kept facing the right direction for more than a minute, he did manage to squeeze in a half decent time. Though he did get a tad distracted at the end when a special guest from the chaps' supercar film turned up. A guest with a Yamaha (ahem, Volvo) 4.4-litre twin turbo engine and 480kW...
