New Skoda Superb

Skoda’s top-shelf model has had a total model overhaul, with a new exterior design, new drivetrain, and a new interior.

The full-size family hauler is still available in two spec levels, in either sedan or wagon format, and with a choice of a 118TSI petrol or 125TDI diesel  heart. The 118TSI is good for 118kW (of course), and 250Nm of torques. The 125TDI has (you guessed it) 125kW of power and 350Nm, with a combined fuel economy of just 5.5L/100km. Both are paired with a DSG transmission as standard: seven speed for the petrol, six speed for the diesel.

There’s two spec levels: the base model Ambition, and the top-spec Elegance. The new Superb Elegance gets Automatic Parking Assist, which will do the work for you parking both in parallel and perpendicular spaces.

Price wise: the Superb Ambition 118TSI kicks off at $31,990.

The Superb Elegance 118TSI jumps up to $39,990.

And the Superb Elegance 125 TDI is stickered at $44,990.

Add $1700 to each for the wagon variant.

For Ambition spec level, you can option a Travel Pack for an extra $1,000 which ups you to 18” alloy wheels, front parking sensors and tinted glass.
