Fortunately it's not all Health & Safety troubling high jinks on four wheels. If, for example, you can work out the common ground between Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone and salami, then you'll enjoy that one. Although maybe you should also get out more.
There's also the mystery car game, in which the contestants are shown a small piece of a car at a time until someone can guess what it is.

Meanwhile, car encyclopaedia Chris Barrie keeps moaning that it would be nice if this part of the show featured some pre-1950s British classics.
Petrolheads isn't just about the distressing geekiness of Hammond and Barrie, however. Every week they'll be joined by two guests, from the car-bashing Phil Glenister to living legend Murray Walker.
There's also Radio 1's Edith Bowman, who shows a remarkable skill for identifying London Buses from 20 paces, and multi-platinum pop puppy Ronan Keating, who demonstrates a hitherto unseen car geekiness that would shock his doe-eyed fanbase.
Other panel shows may have their searching questions and charming trivia, but only Petrolheads has all that plus Ricky Tomlinson driving a sofa and Richard Hammond accidentally smashing up his own Ferrari.
We reckon you should watch it now before they blow the entire budget on bodyshop bills and new anoraks...
Petrolheads is on BBC Two at 10:10pm on Sundays - straight after Top Gear.
