Hyundai is a company with its tail up at the moment and it is carrying the momentum all the way to the Paris motor show with a new small hatch concept.

The Arnejs, pronounced Ar-nez, will be unveiled at the Parisian show before the production model takes on the likes of the Ford Focus and Volkswagen Golf in the summer of 2007.

Hyundai says the production car will closely resemble the concept and will come with a range of engines to directly challenge its European rivals.
