He's a semi-conductor!

So it seems that Asimo's shot at bringing down the US car industry single-handedly - sorry, conducting the Detroit Symphony Orchestra - has passed off without a hitch.

The little robot fella led renowed cellist Yo-Yo Ma and the rest of Motor City's finest musicians in a rousing rendition of The Impossible Dream and, just as we requested, even took a bow afterwards.

Impressive, but just a tiny bit creepy, don't you think? We're just glad that the disenfranchised proletariat of Detroit didn't beat little Asimo into a wiry pulp in the parking lot afterwards.

And that he didn't fall up the stairs. Again.
