Insanity takes many forms. Hair in the palm of your hands, window licking, that sort of thing. In the car world, madness in its purest form is found at the top of Top Gear's hot lap leader board. The Ascari A10 squeezed itself up there late last year, nudging the Koenigsegg CCX into second place by some 0.3 seconds.
