Only electronic form entries used within the competition section of the Topgear website will be accepted. This does not include e-mails.
Entrants must be UK residents. Sorry, overseas players are not eligible.
Minimum age to enter is 18.
The winner will be drawn at random after the closing date, from all the correct entries and will be contacted personally by email within four weeks after the closing date.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries.
There will be no cash alternatives. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
The winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this competition or use of the prize.
This competition is not open to employees or contractors of BBC Worldwide Limited or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members.
The Promoter's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right, in the event of circumstances arising outside of its control and which in its opinion makes it necessary, to cancel the competition at any stage.
The names and counties of the winners will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope to BBC Worldwide Limited, Room A1004, Woodlands, 80 Wood Lane, London, W12 0TT, within six weeks of the closing date.
All personal data submitted as part of the competition will be stored and processed on behalf of BBC Worldwide Limited as data controller in accordance with applicable data protection laws. All such data will be processed within the EEA and will only be used to contact the winner of the competition and shall be destroyed after the competition ends (other than, as stated above, winner's name and county will be provided on request).
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
