Silverstone turns 60 this year, but instead of ageing gracefully with pipe, slippers and a Viagra prescription, it has instead invited a bunch of whacking great supercars down to the circuit to duke it out for the FIA GT trophy.

The weekend of 19-20 April sees the FIA GT series' only appearance in the UK, and to celebrate, Silverstone is putting on a show. A showdown, in fact. A Supercar Showdown. With autograph sessions, pit-walks, an open-to-all paddock and of course the fastest GT cars in the world - including Aston Martins, Ferraris and Lamborghinis - battling on-track, it's set to be a monster weekend.
