KTM 390 Duke launched
Bajaj has finally launched the much-awaited KTM 390 Duke at a mouth-watering price tag of Rs 1.8 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). It will be sold alongside its smaller sibling, the KTM 200 Duke, through 71 exclusive KTM showrooms.
The 390 Duke is powered by a 373.2cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, liquid-cooled motor. It develops a healthy 43bhp and 35Nm of torque, and is coupled to a six-speed gearbox. As with all KTMs, the 390 Duke boasts of an impressive power-to-weight ratio of 300PS per tonne. This figure remains unmatched by motorcycles from segments higher or lower than the 390 Duke.
The KTM 390 Duke comes with features like ABS, Metzeler tyres, aluminium swingarm, aluminium alloy wheels, 300mm disc brakes up front and a 230mm disc at the rear.
Speaking on the occasion, Amit Nandi, VP, Bajaj Probiking said, "With its powerful engine, light weight and easy handling, the 390 Duke will be equally rewarding both for the professional rider as well as the enthusiast."
