Launched: New Kawasaki Ninja 650
Comes with cosmetic changes and a new, higher price
Bajaj launched the new 2012 edition of the Kawasaki Ninja 650 in Pune today, just a year after the cult favourite 2011 edition.
The new bike has a number of new features and improvements including thicker split seats, adjustable windshield, revised suspension and an overall aggressive styling. No change in the engine though - it still carries the 650cc, 70bhp engine from the previous model.
The biggest change comes in the price of the bike. The Bajaj Kawasaki Ninja 650 now comes at Rs 5 lakhs, ex-showroom, Delhi. Orders for the new Ninja 650 begin next week, and deliveries will start sometime in September.
