Changing the game with Harley-Davidson Street 750

It was a typical sunny afternoon in Goa. I was ambling around the streets of India’s carnival capital, riding one of the finest examples of Harley-Davidson’s Dark Custom series. For me, that day wasn’t about exploring the vast coastline or finding interesting places that offer some delectable Goan cuisine – it was about spending time on that Harley, riding till I ran out of paved roads. It was by far the most unconventional Harley I had ever ridden.

It was the H-D Night Rod Special, and I loved every bit of it.

The imposing stance, the all-black finish, a high-revving motor and hair-raising performance – it had everything I’d never expected from a Harley. And as a non-seasoned premium motorbike rider, I thought to myself, it would be fantastic to have something like the Night Rod parked in my garage, perhaps a little less bulky and less menacing. And voila, six months down the line, I find myself riding the all-new H-D Street 750, not on the streets of Goa, but in New Delhi.
