2012 Mitsubishi Outlander launched
Now a seven seater with prices starting from Rs 20.55 lakh
Mitsubishi has launched another upgrade of the Outlander into the market. The major change in this powerful unit is its additional two seats, making this driver's off-roader into a people mover with seven seats.
The Outlander hasn’t made much of an engine change from the previous Chrome edition. It still has the same 2.4-litre engine that delivers 226 Nm of torque.
However, the menacing vehicle known for its Evo styled grille has had a face-lift. Just in case you didn’t know to move out the way before when this was in your rear view mirror, you now have an Outlander sporting a new ‘fighter jet grille.’
The Outlander now offers some modern conveniences such as keyless entry and a USB port. Also with the 710-watt music system you don’t have to worry about the two passengers in the back seats not being able to hear your latest tunes. It also offers a split tailgate, paddle shifters and cruise control to aide your driving experience. The interior comes with all leather upholstery and a 3-spoke leather wrapped steering wheel with audio controls.
In safety features, the new Outlander comes with ABS and EBD along with RISE (Reinforced Impact Safety Evolution) body and dual frontal airbags.
The new Mitsubishi Outlander is available now for Rs 20.55 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
