The car right there is the Chevrolet Sail sedan, which was shown at this year's Delhi Auto Expo. Sadly all our praying has not worked with GM and it has decide to bring this car instead of the new Chevrolet Aveo to India.

Caught with minimal camouflage the Sail sedan is in the final leg of its testing and should be launched shortly after. How soon? Well... based on our extensive expertise in this field we can safely assume sometime in the next three months.
