The venerable, indomitable, loveable Range Rover turned 40 earlier this year. A significant milestone for such an iconic part of Britain's automotive furniture.

Land Rover decided to wish upon it gifts of youth and vigour: it got a new 4.4-litre TDV8 diesel engine, a new eight-speed gearbox and some facial reconstruction. All noble, dignified and agreeable improvements; like the gift of a fine bottle of single malt and a bungee-jumping experience.

Mansory also decided to give the Range Rover a birthday. More specifically, the Range Rover Sport. They gave it a 'power dome'. They gave it wider wings and new front and rear spoilers. There is air suspension which lowers the RR Sport by up to 30mm and wheels which come in 23-inch flavour. There is some interior work too.

Less a fine scotch, more a novelty boob apron.
