The Maruti Wagon R is one of India's most popular cars. Maruti Suzuki understands how important it is to their line-up, and that they cannot afford to let it fade into the background as they continue to work on different products for different segments. A refreshed Wagon R has been on the anvil for sometime now, and now, it has officially been revealed.

The major changes on the outside can be seen in the form of the new, larger front bumper with a new grille (garnished with chrome on the LXi and VXi variants) and a differently-shaped housing for the fog-lamps, while the rear stays largely untouched. As for the interior, you now get a dual-tone beige-and-black theme on the inside, with full beige seats on the VXi, and beige-black seats on the lower LX and LXi versions, a push-type storage box on the dashboard and a new "Eagle Wings" USB-compatible audio system on the VXi variant.

The prices for the refreshed Wagon R have been announced, and they are as follows:

LX: Rs 3.78 lakh
LXi: Rs 4.12 lakh
VXi: Rs 4.39 lakh (all prices ex-showroom, Mumbai)
