We’d been hearing about it for a while, but this time around it was for real.

BMW has brought the iconic brand to India at the 11th Auto Expo. The Mini may been the star of the Italian Job and by the looks of it, it’s Indian innings will be even better.

Available right away, initially you’ll be able to buy the Mini Cooper, the Cooper S, Cooper S convertible and the Cooper S Countryman. All models will come down via the CBU route. Prices start at Rs 24.90 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base Cooper and go up to Rs 31.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for the mean-looking Cooper S Countryman.

So TopGear.commers, are we happy now?
