Neil Nitin Mukesh Thinks Blue
The Bollywood star to support VW's eco-friendly initiatives for a period of one year
Think Blue, Volkswagen's initiative to preserve the environment, has now found another thinker - Neil Nitin Mukesh.
The Bollywood star, who is quite environmentally conscious himself, had attended the Volkswagen and TopGear's Plant in a Magazine event earlier this year at the 11th Auto Expo, and will now lend his support to the Think Blue initiative in India, for the coming year.
Mr. Lutz Kothe, Head of Marketing & PR, Volkswagen Passenger Cars said, “Neil and we first met in New Delhi during one of our Think Blue initiatives at the Auto Expo and we realised Neil is extremely forthcoming about his support towards such campaigns besides his love for the latest in automotive technologies which was a perfect fit with the Brand’s philosophy."
Volkswagen also presented Neil with the keys to a shiny new Passat, a car that Volkswagen believe captures the very essence of their Think Blue campaign's ideology and values.
Neil Nitin Mukesh, after the announcement, said, “It is an honour and privilege to be associated with Volkswagen and its Think Blue. campaign. I really look forward to doing my bit for a blue planet.”
What do you think of Volkswagen's new-blue alliance with Neil Nitin Mukesh, TopGear.commers?
