This month, Porsche is being grateful; grateful to the thousands of club members spanning the globe that have helped sales of Porsche baseball caps and zip-up fleeces. Oh, and 911s, of course.

So here's a new one especially for them: the Porsche 911 Club Coupe. You're welcome, world.

It was in 1952 that 13 Porsche drivers founded the world's first Porsche Clubs in Germany, and in honour of this 60th anniversary, Stuttgart has taken 13 new-generation (that's the 991 model spec, Internet geeks) 911 Carrera S models, and treated them to a very special package.

Porsche engineers have upgraded the base, 3.8-litre flat-six from 400bhp to 430bhp with a ‘Powerkit', and although performance times haven't been confirmed, expect a 0-100kph time of around four seconds and top speed in the region of 305kph.

These 911 Club Coupes also get a SportDesign pack, special ‘Brewster Green' paint, 20in SportTechno alloy wheels and decorative trim with individually created lettering for each customer. Oh, and an anniversary logo and model number.
