Skoda's been trying fairly hard to keep the Rapid moving...erm, rapidly, off showroom floors. There was the limited-edition Prestige, followed by the limited-edition Leisure, and even a 5x5 warranty + servicing scheme that Skoda offered on its most inexpensive sedan last year. Now, there's another limited-run version, called the 'Ultima'.

Available only in the top Elegance and Ambition Plus trim levels, the Ultima package brings along rear parking sensors, a reversing camera, a Garmin-Tom Tom satnav, projector headlights, leatherette seat covers, seven-spoke alloys, floormats and door sill mouldings with the word 'Ultima' etched on them, and some racy stripes along with the new Skoda logo on the outside.

Of course, all these additional bits don't come free - the Ultima is around Rs 30,000 - 35,000 dearer than the un-Ultima models, variant-for-variant. Take a look at the ex-showroom, Delhi prices below...

1.6 MPI MT Ambition Plus - Rs. 8.33 lakh
1.6 MPI AT Ambition Plus - Rs. 9.30 lakh
1.6 MPI MT Elegance     - Rs. 8.95 lakh
1.6 MPI AT Elegance     - Rs. 9.91 lakh
1.6 TDI Ambition Plus   - Rs. 9.40 lakh
1.6 TDI Elegance        - Rs. 9.97 lakh
