Skoda spruces up the Rapid with a new special edition

'Tis the season for special editions it seems. Skoda is the latest to make hay while the cloud covers with the new Rapid Leisure, that too at a leisurely price of Rs 7.79 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The special edition features a special badging and host of other additions including a portable navigation system with rear view camera, rear parking sensors, 15-inch alloy wheels, door sill covers and leatherette seat covers.

The Rapid Leisure edition will be available in both 1.6 petrol (AT and MT) and diesel (MT). The petrol variant has maximum power of 103bhp with maximum torque of 220Nm. The diesel variant has maximum power of 103bhp with maximum torque of 250Nm.
