On the inside, the Yaris gets an infotainment system with a 7.0-inch touchscreen with gesture control compatibility and automatic climate control, among others.
Safety equipment includes seven airbags, hill start assist, ABS with EBD, VSC, impact sensing door unlock, rear defogger and rear parking sensors.
With prices starting at Rs 8.75 lakh and going all the way up to Rs 14.07 lakh (both prices are ex-showroom), the Yaris rivals the Hyundai Verna, Maruti Ciaz, Volkswagen Vento and the Honda City.
