Terms and Conditions:

• The prize is organized by Worldwide Media Private Limited (WWM) and is binding on all participants to the BBC TopGear Air Drive to F1 and all applications for participation would be in the original form. Only one entry permitted per person. Entries made in bulk or by third parties are prohibited. WWM reserves the right to cancel any duplicate entries and debar all such entries from the contest at its own discretion
• Entries received after the closing date shall not be entertained and won't be returned.
• Copying, tracing or direct lifting of ideas from any known source will invalidate the entry.
• Only entries in the prescribed format will be accepted.
• An applicant can field only one entry.
• Other than employees of Worldwide Media and Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd, any Indian citizen, irrespective of sex, can participate. This is an "open-class event".
• WWM and BCCL and associated parties will have the right to use the designs for media promotion and related activities.
• Organisers will not be responsible for damage of entrant material during the upload or registration process.
• The video or image entry must not have previously appeared in any other contest, website or publication.
• The result declared by WWM is final and binding. No further queries, complaints or questions will be entertained and WWM is not obliged to respond to the same.
• There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable.
• The winner of the BBC TopGear Air Drive to F1 shall manage / arrange for their travel, accommodation and incidental expenses. WWM is not liable for any booking failures and the tickets are not transferable or cashable due to failure to attend.
• WWM reserves the right to change / modify the terms and conditions of this contest or to withdraw this contest any point in time, if such circumstances arise.
• The participants to this contest, including the winner agree that the details disclosed in the Competition Entry Form would become the property of WWM and its affiliates, and the participants, including the winner further agree that the details can be used for all purposes (including commercial and promotional use) as WWM deems fit.
• The tickets would be available basis the respective seats, rows and stands as provided by WWM. Interchangeability between contestants will not be allowed.
• The winner would also need to abide by all the terms and conditions of the race organisers. WWM is not responsible for the winner's conduct at the race track.
• WWM would not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the winner, arising from their entry or acceptance of the prize.

• This contest is open to only Indian residents and aged 18+.
• The contest will end at midnight on 14th October 2012.
• File formats - MPG; .MOV; .AVI; .WMV; .MP4; .M4V; .FLV and .JPG for images
• File size - Upto 30 secs and within 100MB for videos
• File size - Upto 3MB per image
• Digitally reworked images and creative are welcome, effects on videos will be accepted as well
• Judging criteria - Originality, creativity and a TopGear personality to the entry
• Incomplete entries will not be accepted. All forms while uploading video / images will need to be duly filled in.
• This contest is not open for WWM employees.
