Blog eight: Felix Rosenqvist
We’re going into Zurich, and it’s going to be the first race held in Switzerland since the 50s! It’s quite cool to be a part of this historic moment, and that Switzerland is taking the decision to be involved in motorsport once more.
Interestingly, I have a lot of family living in Zurich, and I’ve spent a lot of time in and around here when I was a kid. This definitely makes this race a little special for me.
In terms of the race itself, we have sort of let go of championship hopes as of now and it’s quite clear that we won’t win the title unless something absolutely crazy happens! I think we didn’t have the best pace in the last 2 rounds, especially not in Berlin and I’m quite sure we know why. I was with the boys last week and we had quite a few long meetings to decide in which direction to go to get the pace back. I’m quite confident that the guys will bring the car back alive again; it’s also been good to have a bit of a break and rest a little bit.
I think we should be in good shape, you know we still have a lot to play and it’s still important for us to get some good results before the end of the season.
