Honda 2Wheelers has launched their all-new 150cc bike, the Honda CB Trigger, which Honda hopes will help pull some customers away from the strong-selling Pulsar 150.

The CB Trigger's peak power is 14bhp, achieved at 8,500rpm. The bike is primarily aimed at a younger segment – college goers, so to speak, and it gets features like fully digital instrument panel, LED-tail lamps, alloy wheels, mono-shock at the rear among other features. Honda claims a fuel economy figure of 60kpl for the Trigger.

The bike is available in three colours – All Black, Meteor Green and Siena Red. The CB Trigger is available in three variants – Standard, which gets front disc and rear drum brake; Deluxe, which gets front and rear disc brakes; and finally CBS, where one lever operates both front and rear brakes.

After the not-so-competitively priced and slow-selling CBR 150, Honda had promised to price the Trigger 'competitively'. With the Trigger finally available at a price of Rs 67,384 (ex-showroom, Delhi), has Honda kept its promise?
