This is precisely what we'd say if we were presented with this. It started life as an ordinary mobility scooter, then Isle of Man-based fruitcakes, Garage Insanity, put a modified Suzuki GSX-600F bike engine it.

It can do 200kph, the quarter mile in 13.2 seconds, and, as this video will testify, beat 250bhp Nissan Skylines.

It's been a good week for fast utility vehicles. But which would you have? This or Stig's 210kph mower?
