Tata launches ‘Tata Motors Service’
Tata to take car service to the next level, hopes for extended customer loyalty in return
Taking customer service experience a notch higher, Tata Motors has launched the ‘Tata Motors Service’ for passenger vehicles. Tata is trying to woo customers not only with offers on its current line-up of cars, but also building on customer loyalty by offering them world-class service.
Key service offerings include ‘Responsive Service’, which comprises of a doorstep service van, online service appointment facility, quick repair (minor repairs like bulb and fuse repairs) and a 24x7 on-road assistance program.
The service will be available across the company’s nationwide service network of over 800 service centres in 500 cities and towns. There is also an extended warranty program that offers 4 years or 150,000 kms, and is applicable to all Tata passenger vehicles. This program lets the customers choose between an extended warranty of 12 months/150,000kms or 24 months/150,000kms.
