BMW 5 series gets an upgrade
Also gets a fresh variant line-up and three diesel options...
BMW has launched its updated 5 series four-door sedan, which will now be available in the new globally-introduced variant nomenclature, namely the Luxury Line, the Modern Line and the M Sport. Just like the previous one, the new 5 will be locally manufactured at BMW's Chennai plant.
Luxury Line includes chrome accents at the front and rear, BMW's kidney grille in chrome, side window frames and tailpipe trim in chrome, illuminated entry sills and chrome trim on the car key. Modern Line gets matt chrome accents at the front and rear, chrome grille, matt chrome tailpipe trim, illuminated entry sills and car key with Pearl gloss Chrome. M Sport includes BMW individual headliner anthracite, BMW individual high-gloss shadow line, dark chrome exhaust tailpipe finishers, M aerodynamics package, M door sill finishers, M leather steering wheel with gearshift paddles, Sport seats for driver and front passenger.
