New Volkswagen Jetta launched
27 percent more powerful and 90 mm longer.
The 6th generation of Jetta was launched by Volkswagen today, and the good news is that it's cheaper than the current Jetta.
Equipped with a 2-litre, 4 cylinder CRDi diesel engine, the Jetta will be available in 6-speed manual and automatic transmission. What separates it from the current model is that the car will now be 90mm longer along with some cosmetic changes.
Inside the car boasts some comfortable features like a 12-way electrically adjustable seat, touch screen music player, cruise control, park assistance, and best-in-class 8 airbags for safety.
Prices start from Rs. 14.12 lakh, ex-showroom New Delhi. The folks at Volkswagen were a bit shy on giving us the entire price break-up, but we will keep you posted on that soon.
Will this be the version to change Jeremy's infamous opinion of the Jetta?
