The Q3 is a great entry level premium SUV. It has enough equipment, looks like a proper SUV and comes with all-wheel drive.

Comfort

The Q3 is really a smaller Q5 which means the seats are nice and comfortable and set high. They won't wear you out on long journeys. The good ride also means its a great mile muncher making for a good out of town driver.
Performance

The 2.0 TDI is a great motor and thanks especially to the brilliant seven-speed S-tronic gearbox. Performance is great and not just by SUV standards.
Cool

It looks like a baby Darth Vader and that is cool.
Quality

Quality levels are right up there with the bigger Audis which is great especially if you look at the price.
Handling

Okay, the steering feels doesn't have the consistent feedback you might expect, but it's light and nimble in the city which in crawling traffic is a boon.
Practicality

Just the right size, Quattro gives access to destinations off the beaten tracks.
Running costs

Diesel means you won't shell out as much at the pumps. Of course spares as you'd expect won't be like a Maruti's.
