SEVEN years after the reintroduction of the brand here in Malaysia, Mitsubishi Motors Corporation finally hits its 50,000th customer mark.
Lucky 31-year old Erni Junaid Mohd Roslan from Kuala Lumpur won an all expense paid trip for three days and two nights at Hard Rock Hotel Penang, plus a fuel voucher worth RM300.00.
“I am delighted and proud to be the 50,000th owner of a Mitsubishi vehicle in Malaysia,” she said. Erni bought herself an ASX crossover.
Tetsuya Oda, chief executive officer for Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia said that the company is targeting to achieve 100,000 owners by 2015.
The brand has 53 showrooms and 37 service outlets throughout Malaysia.
On the motorsport front, Mitsubishi has entered two i-Mievs in the Electric Vehicle category in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb at Colorado, United States.
