Naza Italia has officially introduced the Maserati GranTurismo Sport in Malaysia. For RM1,118,000, you can drive off with an Italian super model which does 0-100 in 4.8 seconds all the way to 300kph.
Powering the car to such figures is a 4.7-litre V8 engine under the hood made completely from alloy. This powerplant, which is paired to an electro-actuated six-speed gearbox, puts out a whopping 460hp and 520Nm of torque.
The GranTurismo Sport, which weighs around 1.8 tonnes, is visually closer to the MC Stradale than the standard GranTurismo. Headlights are now in the form of Xenon clusters with DRLs.
The interior is typical of an Italian sports car – red leather upholstery dominates the cabin. Driver legroom is slightly optimized thanks to a flat-bottomed steering wheel. Apart from that, the rest of the cabin remains pretty much the same as the standard GranTurismo.
