Nine children celebrated a day to remember after their masterpieces were listed as winners of the National Phase of the Toyota Dream Car Art Contest.
The National Phase, which began last December and was held till the 15 February 2013, gathered 1,000 artwork submissions and winners were chosen from three age categories: under 10, 10-12 and 13-15 years of age.
The artwork of the nine winners have been sent to Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan whereby the top management will judge them, alongside National Phase winners from over 70 other countries, for the World Contest phase. The winners of the World Contest will win a trip to Tokyo for the awards ceremony from 26-30 August 2013.
