The drawing shows a gently absurd extended edition of the SLS sportster – replete with suicide rear doors, no b-pillar and numbers on string – and the internet’s got itself into a bit of a fizz about it.
But, chances are, it won’t happen. A Mercedes spokesman refused to comment on future model speculation, but told us “The Company patents all kinds of variants when it builds a new model, but that doesn’t mean they’ll be put into production. Our plans for the SLS only include the [electric] E-cell at the moment.”
Want Benz to build it? Or would you prefer it focused its energies on the SLS Black…?
