The Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Championship is one of the fastest racing series on the planet with fire breathing Gallardos competing for the podium. Now Malaysia will have its own team competing in the Asian round of the one-make race series, courtesy Eminent Century Sdn Bhd, the official Malaysian importer for Lamborghini cars and JH Italia Sdn Bhd.
Experienced driver Rizal Ashram Ramli will be piloting the race prepped Gallardo Super Trofeo at Sepang International Circuit on May 26th and 27th this year at the first leg of the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Asia race. The Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Championship has been running in Europe since 2009 and this is the first time it will be hosted in Malaysia as part of the Asian tour.
Other venues include Fuji, Ordos, Zhuhai, Penbay and Shanghai, which will host the grand finale in November. The 2012 season will witness teams from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and mainland China running their bulls to the finish line.
