Eurokars Group, a brand synonymous with premium automotive marquees, launched the all-new Mazda 6 at the iconic Red Dot Museum today. More than 800 guests witnessed the spectacular unveiling of this design driven executive sedan that is set redefine the driving experience in its class.

The new Mazda 6 made its debut at the 2012 Paris Motor Show. The newest manifestation of the ‘KODO – Soul of Motion’ design theme, this car is destined to turn
heads, drawing upon the sleek beauty of the Mazda TAKERI and Mazda SHINARI concepts that preceded it. With ultra-efficient SKYACTIV TECHNOLOGY underneath, there are no concessions to performance or fuel economy.
Specially developed for the KODO design, Soul Red Metallic, an all-new body colour, uses a unique process to deliver unprecedented levels of depth, shading and vividness that accentuate Mazda 6’s stunning form and character lines. The interior blends form and function in a highly ergonomic cockpit, built to make driving as enjoyably effortless as possible.
The Mazda 6 features one of the segment’s longest wheelbases (2,830mm) for a spacious, comfortable cabin. With a class leading boot/luggage compartment with capacity of 438L (sedan) accessible from a larger boot opening, it provides ease of access to items in storage.
The Mazda 6 promises to enhance the Zoom-Zoom feeling with two engine options locally. The SKYACTIV-G 2.0-litre producing 155 hp/200Nm and a 2.5-litre producing 187 hp/250Nm. The former comes with a specially designed 4-2-1 exhaust system and enhanced fuel spray properties, among other things, to counter the drawbacks of such high compression engines. The new SKYACTIV-G 2.5 direct-injection petrol engine features the same technology as the SKYACTIV-G 2.0 to make high compression so efficient and a balance shaft to offset the added vibration from the most powerful SKYACTIV engine to date. Both engines are mated to a SKYACTIV-DRIVE six-speed automatic transmission.
The Mazda 6 2.0 is priced at $198,988 including COE and the 2.5 version is priced at $208,988 including COE.
