Ford GT

It's like 1966 all over again, and we're not talking soccer ball here, because the Ford GT40 is taking to the world's race tracks.

Using the latest Ford GT, Swiss team Matech Concepts has developed a GT endurance racing version of the Ford supercar.

Built to race in the GT3 class, the team is based next to Germany's Nurburgring, so it's no surprise that handling is top drawer.

If you fancy seeing the Ford GT in action, it's racing at the first round of the FIA GT3 European Championship, which kicks off at Silverstone on 5-6 May.
