Overfinch 4.2

High-performance Range Rover specialist Overfinch has announced a pair of new models based on the Sport version and a £144K 'Country Pursuits' vehicle.

The TDV6 HSE SuperSport has a 10-piece styling kit, uprated wheels and tyres (with a 22-inch option), and colour coded grille, vents, mirrors and assorted trim. For an extra £4k Overfinch offers a bespoke nappa leather interior.

Elsewhere there's a set of coloured brake calipers with Overfinch logos, Overfinch tread plates, an ECU upgrade, Overfinch bonnet and tailgate lettering, and a sports instrument pack with red needles.

Offering similar features but based on the V8 Sport is the Overfinch 4.2 V8 Supercharged SuperSport.

However, perhaps the most interesting car to come from the Overfinch stables is the Country Pursuits Concept. It is, according to Overfinch, 'the most sophisticated and impressive Range Rover in our 33-year history'.

The Country Pursuits features mica pearlescent aubergine paint (nice) and a special interior trimmed in light avocado with aubergine accents. We presume the avocado and aubergine relates to the colour, not the material.

Inside there's also a hand-made olive ash veneered centre console, door accents and drinks tray, fridge, removable gun box and crystal glass drinking set.

The diesel SuperSports model costs £66,495 and the supercharged version £69,995.

The Country Pursuits costs a scary £123,495 for the diesel version. The supercharged variant costs £143,950 including VAT. Cue bugle noises.
