What’s in the Top Gear car park?

Recurrent players of our infrequent guessing game will know that we've had an eclectic assortment of cars enter our damp, underground area that has been sliced into bays for the purposes of parking uniformity. We've had utilitarian cars, fast cars and, er... affordable cars. But we can honestly say that the tiny and partially out of focus detail (above) belongs to something that has never graced our car park before. We are truly honoured to have it in our presence. But can you guess what it is?
