Aston Martin Street
Episode Three of the Aston Martin One-77 soap opera has landed, and we forgot how much we’d missed head honcho Dr Bez’s grinning face.
This time around, we’re really starting to see a lot more of the car, with engine parts being machined and even some exciting looking interior shots.
You still have to put up with listening to people talking who actually know what they’re on about, but don’t let that distract you from the pretty pictures.
These trailers and only serving to get us more excited about the 700bhp, 7.3-litre V12, million quid supercar, and we’re definitely buying a couple of Euromillions tickets for this Friday in the hope of netting ourselves on of these cars.
Paul Horrell’s done a great insider piece on the One-77 for the next issue of Top Gear magazine, so get down the newsagent’s on March 27th a buy a copy.

The One-77 is too expensive to be a successor to the Vanquish, that is what the DBS is. What Aston Martin did was slot a new model line in above the DBS.

Who cares what a succesor to what is? Wikipedia is inacurate as a source, anyone can edit it. It looks pretty, but i dont WANT one, id rather have V12 Vantage

This is the most aggressive looking aston ever made! Actually one of the most aggressive looking car ever built! Wish i could own one... Though i was expecting to see a lot more juice than a mere 700bhp out of a 7.3l V12 engine!

The front looks classic already and the back is rather modern. Good combination, and it looks complete. As for the performance, I'm looking forward to hearing and seeing more of it on TopGear, hopefully ;-). P.S.: my personal favourite is still the DB9.

The One-77 looks great, but please bring back the V12 Vanquish! It may not have been a world-conquering car in terms of performance (even though it's performance was stellar), but it's presence, it's aura, was perfection. So please Aston Martin, start making new ones, unchanged from the last version, so I can buy a brand new one when my millions start rolling in!

anyone not find the gothic 'my chemical romance' black tear-drop shape front headlamps weird? given the price, unless it is already in your garage, you could get 2 supercars. would love to see the One-77 around the TG Track. but can you imagine the amount of plugging that will take?!?!?!?! this rox the 1-77 is good looking v. stunning n 750bhp it is same speed as a f1 car only way better looking. f1 cars look like $h*t!!!

DBS was not a successor for Vanquish... It seems One 77 would be.
