BMW is stroking its long, bushy and diabolical Moustache of World Domination and considering rolling out a hotter 1M Coupe, apparently.
In an interview with website jonsibal.com, a BMW ‘source' said a CSL-type 1M Coupe would depend on reaction to the M-powered 1-Series, set for a Detroit Motor Show unveil in January.

The last CSL was, of course, the E46 M3 CSL; a car which Jeremy described on Top Gear telly as "BMW, at its absolute best". There's also the recent and quite sold out BMW M3 GTS. Should the moustached rulers of M decide to sip from the same bottle, the 1M CSL could be a natty bit of kit.
Of course, they could also decide to build a four-door-coupe-estate version of the 1M Coupe, as well as a version running solely on the hopes and dreams of BMW fanboys. Rumours of a BMW 1M Coupe blimp capable of outgunning a Zonda around the ‘Ring are unfounded, and entirely speculative.

Until then, Mr Jonsibal.com has decided to imagine how a CSL 1-er could look (above). Remind yourself why you should be interested in the 1M Coupe here, watch a mini-lap video below, and then let us know below how your 1M CSL would look like...

BMW's world domination is not gonna end there too. That said, this is about the best car that energised me since the M3 CSL. The design is spot on. The Spec should be wild too. If its built to eat the Zonda's even better. There is no doubt that it can if lightened up like a Zonda as BMW engines are supreme n A1, nothing compares like-for-like. TG you messed up my whole day. I cant concentrate on my work at work now. This car has distracted me. BMW get on with it NOW and Bring this King Racer. I'll start saving up now.
