Video: she came in through the BMW window
Ever been so excited about your upcoming day at work that you've completely forgotten to open the door of your car and had to jump in through the window? No?
Well, that's probably because you don't drive a BMW. According to this cheery new advert, BMW owners are so impatient to begin their daily commute that they're discovering new and exciting routes of ingress to their vehicles.
Think of it as a middle-class, German version of The Dukes of Hazzard and you're in the right area.
OK, it's not quite as heart-pumping as that Ferrari 458 video, but we rather like it. And quite frankly, what else were you going to do with your Friday? Work?

bmw are making good cars at the moment. they should give up on the jeeps as their jeeps are pointless. and also pay some mild attention to their interiors by making them much nicer places to be the z4 is bmws best interior so far

i met the 5 GT in the flesh, sat in it too, though only in standstill. impressive 5 door 7 series it is, and that for 5 series money. must be pretty presposterous to buy either the 5 sedan or the 7 sedan after that came out.... though i am really hard pushed to see what was wrong with the 5 estate, but still this has much bigger legroom on the back. oh, and you can have it withouth the x-drive nonsense too :-)

I have to decide which to take within the next 4 weeks - the old 5series still? The 7, its cheaper then the 5 or 5GT for leasing? I guess I will go for the 5GT although I didn´t see one in flesh yet. Not a bad commercial - they don´t take themselves too serious.
